ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL AFFAIRS MANAGER
ÖZGÜR OTLUOĞLU
He was born in 1975 in Refahiye district of Erzincan. He completed primary and secondary school in Erzincan. He graduated from Rize Health Vocational High School in 1993 and started working as a Health Officer at Pendik State Hospital. After working in the emergency department for 22 years, he started working as a Specialist at the General Secretariat of Istanbul Anatolian Northern Public Hospitals in March 2015. He took on the position of Ataşehir Oral and Dental Health Hospital Manager in July 2017. In December 2017, he was appointed as the Hospital Manager of Sultanbeyli Derviş Ali Hesna Ceylan Oral and Dental Health Center. Respectively, he served as the founding Director of Sultanbeyli Oral and Dental Health Center in 2019 and of the Tacirler Dental Training and Research Hospital of the University of Health Sciences in 2021. He was appointed as the Hospital Manager of Kartal Oral and Dental Health Center in November 2021. On June 14, 2024, he was appointed as the Hospital Manager of our Institution, Pendik Oral and Dental Health Hospital. Our Institution's Director Özgür OTLUOĞLU, who works in various NGOs, is the father of Zeynep Ezel and Akif Onur.
